Topic of the Conference held as a part of the International forum of food industry and packaging IFFIP 2020*:

“Current state and legal requirements to production in baking industry”

  1. Current state of production in baking industry, tendencies on global market of bakery and position of Ukraine (analytical review)
  2. Implementation and operation of applicable procedures of HACCP
    Speaker: Taras Oharkov, chief auditor of DQS Certific Ukraine
  3. Marking of products according to national and international legislation (requirements to packaging, marking of food, including products intended for export)
  4. Basic chemical composition of food, dietary supplements, allergens, their management, use of natural additives for prolongation of shelf life of products
  5. New tendencies of packaging materials in food industry, substitutes of plastic packaging for bakery (with similar properties), bio-degradable types of packaging
