Ukrainian Bakers’ Association, a regular partner of the exhibition, annually holds All-Ukrainian Contest for Bakery at IFFIP.
This year is no exception! This year ten companies took part in the contest. 12 samples of pastry, 24 samples of choux pastry made of mixture of rye and wheat flour, as well as 52 samples of bakery packaging were presented for evaluation of the jury. You can see all of the works at the booth of Ukrainian Bakers’ Association at IFFIP 2020 from the 23rd till the 25th of September.
Awards ceremony of the contest will be held on September 24 during the Conference of Ukrainian Bakers’ Association (hall 3, 11:00).
